One of the biggest struggles for international travelers faces, is collating different types of travel documents in an efficient manner. It is also time-consuming tasks of gathering various types of travel documents in the digital era.
The main goal is to assist travelers who often for oversea work, foreign universities to use a faster convenient app to showcase digital documents before they arrive at the arrival checkpoints.
I conducted user research involving focus groups with locals or foreigners who have Permanent residents or citizenship, travels often in and out of Singapore. These insights from the interviews shaped our understanding of the target audience's needs and preferences, guiding the design strategy for conveniences and seamless experience.
I began to use quantitative research to gain deeper insights into the perceptions and interests of the target audience. By analyzing travelers' experiences through immigration checkpoints, I was able to better understand their user experiences and levels of familiarity with these processes.
Tom Willis’s persona comprises of three user interviews to summarize, by covering the basic information, along with a few detailed information to share about his user experiences as a traveler from his past trips. Crafting a comprehensive persona, is to illustrate and understand his needs and pain points.
Description
After gathering research and pain points from the target audiences, I
start by sketching the wireframes to visualize the concept of TripSafe
and creating unique features to support user needs.
